RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, however exchanges are not accepted as each tee is printed to order. 

There is no restocking fee, however shipping is nonrefundable. We do not accept returns on items which have already been used, altered, or damaged. The full pack must be returned, no partial packs will be accepted for return. Return labels can be provided (cost will be deducted from your refund) or you can ship on your own. You’ll be refunded to your original payment method when your item is returned and inspected. 

Color Policy

Because we print to order, mix inks in-house, and work with a variety of styles and fabrics, the colors you see online or in mock-ups may differ slightly from the finished product. Monitor settings, fabric dye batches, ink layering, and lighting all play a role in these differences. Such variations are a natural part of the screen printing process and are not considered defects or eligible for return based solely on color differences.

We appreciate your understanding — it allows us to keep creating high-quality pieces you’ll love.

We are happy to replace items which arrive damaged within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with a photo of the damaged item/s, including the size/s and design #. Orders undergo multiple checks and counts before they’re shipped out, but please contact us if any item is missing from your package and we will check individual cases. 

Rustee Clothing monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Rustee Clothing’s discretion.

Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process your refund.
